My Approach

My approach as a therapist is integrative, meaning that I draw from various modalities to meet the needs of my clients best. I am a person-centred therapist, meaning I take a non-judgmental, relational approach to building a safe and comfortable space for clients to explore their issues.

 

Additionally, I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focussed therapy and other evidence-based practices to help clients develop healthier coping skills and reach their goals. I strive to create an environment that is supportive and empowering, allowing clients to grow and progress at their own pace.

At Serenity & Harmony Counselling Services, we are passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. Our therapy sessions are designed to guide, support and empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

We offer a variety of services, including individual, couples and family therapy. We are dedicated to helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings, and to develop the tools they need to grow and reach their goals.
